What happens to what you send us

Short version: it goes to the shop, we use it to fix your car, and we don't sell it.

What we collect

When you send a photo estimate, we get what you type and the photos you add: your name, phone number, email if you give it, your vehicle, the damage, insurance details you choose to share, and any notes.

How we use it

To look at the damage, give you an estimate, and contact you about your repair the way you asked (call, text or email). We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell it.

Who handles it

Eastside Collision, L.L.C.. The companies that host this website and store and deliver estimates to the shop handle it only to get it to us.
